| The leading teams from the Parker ENZED Championship will have a chance to square off their personal battles in this extra event on the calendar, before they contest the final round of the Parker ENZED Championship two weeks later in Featherston on Saturday 12th April. With the MIRCAM Services North Island Championships held over just one day, it is a chance for teams to add a championship title to their trophy cabinets, and it is expected that the competition will be intense between all the regular runners in the Parker ENZED Championship series. The Shelter View Team has recently made some changes to the layout of their track, with some new channels added to provide an extra challenge for the Jetsprint Teams. it should make for an interesting day as the drivers and navigators find the shortcuts and drawbacks in the new configuration. Gates open at the Shelter View venue at 11am with qualifying racing and the all action eliminations taking place after lunch. It is expected the meeting will finish by 4pm. Ticket prices are very reasonable at for Adults and children under 12 Free if accompanied by an Adult. Everyone can get a great view on the hillsides which surround the Shelter View track, with plenty of room for everyone to get a close up view of the action. You can bring your favorite chair and can purchase food and soft drink at the venue or bring yourself a picnic. The Avoca Hotel will also have a licensed bar service in the Tui Tent at the venue.
