| "We have been in better positions at this point in a season, but there are still 80 points up for grabs. We just have to make sure that we get them," adding. "All it will take is for Victory 77 to have one disaster and we are right back in it." Team boss, Bjorn Gjelsten – given the all clear to race after aggravating a neck injury in the Romania Grand Prix – was matter a fact about the size of the task they faced. "The team is as prepared is it can be. We have worked on the boat to repair |
the damage we picked up in the last race and are in good shape," he said. "We have to take one race at a time, remain focussed and the target has to be to win." On the issues surrounding the last race and the protest lodged by the team against Victory – now withdrawn – Gjelsten would not be drawn. "All we can do is focus on our race. We will leave the implementation of the rules and regulations to the officials, but hope they have learnt from the incidents in the last race."
